Quotes are estimates
The price shown on Devicly is an estimate based on the model, storage and condition you declare. The final price is confirmed only after physical inspection of the device during pickup. Devicly may revise the quote if the device's condition differs from what was declared.
Your responsibilities
You must be the lawful owner of the device, or authorised by the owner to sell it. You must provide accurate information about the device and remove your accounts (such as Apple ID, Google account and Find My/Find My Device locks) and personal data before handing it over.
Pickup and payment
Pickup is free within our service area, currently Bangalore. If you accept the final price at inspection, payment is made after the device is handed over. You are free to decline a revised price, in which case the device is returned to you at no charge.
Devices we cannot accept
We may decline devices that are reported lost or stolen, are blacklisted, are locked to an account you cannot remove, or are counterfeit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Devicly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
